InSocial are seeking a Marketing Account Executive to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns for our clients and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of client relationship management, project coordination, and campaign execution. They will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal creative, digital, and production teams.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure marketing campaign deliverables are executed on time and within budget.
Assist in developing marketing strategies, proposals, and creative briefs.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating reports and insights.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and digital teams to align campaign deliverables with client expectations.
Support senior account managers in planning and executing multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, social, events, print, etc.).
Prepare meeting agendas, recap reports, and client presentations.
Manage timelines, task tracking, and day-to-day operations of assigned accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing agencies or in-house marketing teams.
Exposure to digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, and analytics.
Prior experience working with clients or cross-functional teams is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign processes.
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Trello, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing presentations.
Basic understanding of data reporting and marketing KPIs.
Client-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Flexible and responsive to feedback and fast-changing priorities.
Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
