Marketing Account Executive

InSocial are seeking a Marketing Account Executive to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns for our clients and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of client relationship management, project coordination, and campaign execution. They will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal creative, digital, and production teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure marketing campaign deliverables are executed on time and within budget.

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, proposals, and creative briefs.

  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating reports and insights.

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and digital teams to align campaign deliverables with client expectations.

  • Support senior account managers in planning and executing multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, social, events, print, etc.).

  • Prepare meeting agendas, recap reports, and client presentations.

  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and day-to-day operations of assigned accounts.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing agencies or in-house marketing teams.

  • Exposure to digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, and analytics.

  • Prior experience working with clients or cross-functional teams is highly preferred.


Technical & Core Skills

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign processes.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Trello, or similar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing presentations.

  • Basic understanding of data reporting and marketing KPIs.

  • Client-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

  • Flexible and responsive to feedback and fast-changing priorities.
