We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contractor Quality Control/Technical Office Manager to oversee quality assurance and technical office operations in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and technical office management, with hands-on experience in the construction or contracting industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
Manage the technical office, including document control, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.
Oversee the preparation and review of project documentation, including quality assurance reports and compliance records.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Implement and maintain quality management systems in line with industry standards.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
Lead technical reviews and provide feedback on architectural and engineering designs.
Prepare regular quality audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control and technical office management, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Previous positions: Quality Control Engineer, Technical Office Engineer, Site Engineer, or Project Coordinator.
Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing quality issues.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Working Hours:
Summer: 10 AM to 7 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Winter: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday
