Sales Admin

Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients "Sales Admin".

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, including property listings, brochures, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, client interactions, and property listings using our CRM system.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, prospective buyers, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the processing of sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, open houses, and property showings.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven working experience in the same position in real estate, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Work Location: Sheikh Zayed
