We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth and performance strategy. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to scale brands, lead teams, and drive measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across all platforms
Manage and develop the marketing team (Media Buyer, Content Creator, Social Media, Customer Service)
Oversee paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive data-backed optimization
Align marketing initiatives with business goals and leadership vision
Maintain strong brand positioning across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
5–7+ years of digital marketing experience
2–3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role
Strong background in performance marketing & media buying
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Solid understanding of analytics, CRMs, automation tools, and reporting
Experience in Tech, Telecom, SaaS, or Digital Marketing Agencies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Certifications (Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, DMI) are a strong advantage.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 -5:00
Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
