We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist with expertise in personnel management and payroll processes. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee performance management and development initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of [X years] experience in HR, with a focus on personnel and payroll.
