Join Garment IO as a Marketing and PR Specialist, you will develop and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives to enhance the company's brand presence and drive revenue growth. With a focus on marketing strategies, social media management, lead generation, and customer engagement, this role will be responsible for increasing awareness, generating qualified leads, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing and sales campaigns.


Responsibilities

 
  • Develop and execute a global branding campaign highlighting the company's strengths and unique selling points.
  • Generate high-quality content for various platforms, including social media and websites.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, creating and curating content that engages and grows our audience.
  • Develop and execute content calendars and schedules.
  • Create a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Regularly update and maintain SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Plan and execute events to boost brand visibility and engage key stakeholders.
  • Leverage events to showcase the company's strengths and innovations.
  • Develop and manage a library of visual assets for marketing materials.
  • Prepare for and attend external meetings with clients and investors, representing the company's brand and values.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Ensure all communications reflect the company’s core values and brand identity.
  • Maintain consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify target markets and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Generate and nurture leads through targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings between the sales and marketing teams.
     
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience at least in sales and/or marketing roles, with a strong understanding of both disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and information between departments.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
