Job Title: Sales Account Manager - B2B Sales - Corporate Sales
Location: Cairo – with regular travel to garment factories
Working Hours: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team at Garment IO, a SaaS provider for the garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new B2B opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be the face of our brand, spending 90% of your time visiting factories and meeting clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the garment manufacturing sector.
- Conduct product demos, present tailored solutions, and handle full sales cycle: proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect market insights and share feedback with internal teams to improve offerings and align with industry needs.
- Maintain updated CRM records, manage sales documentation, and report regularly on performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand brand awareness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS solutions.
- Previous exposure to the garment manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with regular travel and frequent on-site visits to factories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Strong self-drive, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Basic understanding of garment production workflows is a plus.
- Preferred: Experience with digital marketing or sales automation tools.
