Qmaizen Quality is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Office Manager to provide executive-level support and ensure efficient daily operations within the company.

Responsibilities:
        Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
        Organize and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
        Coordinate internal and external communications
        Handle confidential information with discretion
        Support in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
        Assist with logistics, events, and scheduling
        Follow up on tasks and ensure smooth workflow across departments
        Provide administrative support across various business areas including Real Estate, E-Commerce, Marketing, TIC, Crypto, and Business Development


Requirements:
        Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
        2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
        Excellent organizational and time management skills
        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
        Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
        Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
        Basic knowledge of finance and sales is a plus
        Professional, presentable, and proactive
        Fluent in English (written and verbal)
        Experience in business development or project management is an advantage


Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
