Job description:
-Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate
properties, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including online and offline collateral, to
effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
-Utilize digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximize
property visibility and engagement with target audiences.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and potential buyers,
ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
-Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and
marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Develop annual Marketing budget for the company goals with inputs from the Marketing team.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Leadership skills.
-Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Location : Sheikh Zayed
Working hours: 10 am _ 6pm
Days off: Friday & Saturday
