Talent 360 is hiring Sales Specialist to join our stars team: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR field, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at various companies.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create tailored sales presentations and proposals based on client needs and HR service offerings. Present and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date on HR industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to craft strategic sales plans and offer competitive solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively managing a sales pipeline, ensuring the consistent conversion of prospects to clients.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and market feedback to the Sales Manager/Director. Use CRM systems to track leads and sales progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR industries or a related field.
  • Very good in English 
  • Strong understanding of the HR industry, staffing solutions, and human resource management services.is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software or  Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Work Condition:


• From Sunday to Thursday

• Friday & Saturday are OFF

• From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Location: Nasr city
