Innovitics is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial growth within the software space. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, managing key client relationships, and leading sales initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the software industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Develop and execute effective sales and commercial strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Product, and Delivery) to align solutions with client needs.
Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
8+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the software industry.
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales role.
Strong understanding of software solutions, technology trends, and enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in market expansion and team leadership is highly preferred.
