Guru Hits is currently hiring an Oracle HCM Consultant – Team Lead to lead Oracle HR/HCM implementations and support activities across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

The Oracle HCM Consultant – Team Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle HR/HCM solutions. This role works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into effective system solutions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.


Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HR/HCM modules across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.

- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with HR stakeholders.

- Analyze, design, configure, and deploy HR solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.

- Manage system configuration, setup, and functional testing (SIT/UAT).

- Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Prepare functional design documents, setup documentation, and user guides.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations.

- Provide functional support and issue resolution for HR modules.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll policies, and HR regulations.

- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery.


Core HR Modules Expertise

Oracle Fusion HCM : Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures, Absence Management, Performance Management, Talent Management (optional), Security Roles & Data Access & HDL / Spreadsheet Loaders

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS : Core HR, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Payroll (preferred), SSHR & Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB – optional)


Prerequisites & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP HR implementations.

- Strong hands-on experience with both Oracle EBS HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Proven experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle HR implementations.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and policies.

- Experience with HR data migration, integrations, and reporting.

- Familiarity with payroll concepts and labor regulations (Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt).

- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead functional streams.
