We are seeking a talented Technical Office Engineer (Consultant) to be part of our growing team.
🔴 Job Responsibilities:
Technical Coordination: Prepare and review technical packages, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for various projects.
Quantity Surveying: Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, measurements, and verification of drawings.
Package Management: Follow up on project packages from preparation to execution stages, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Software Utilization: Work extensively with Revit for modeling and Primavera for project scheduling and planning.
Documentation & Reports: Prepare technical documents, correspondence, and progress reports in coordination with the project team.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and consultancy standards.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with design and site teams to resolve any technical issues.
🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a consultancy firm working on technical office responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
Essential: Proficiency in Revit & Primavera.
Preferred: Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical information with internal and external teams.
