WzGate is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to lead and mentor sales and account management teams within the Digital Marketing for Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales & account teams to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Manage key client accounts, retention, upselling, and renewals.
• Conduct technical interviews and support sales recruitment.
• Use CRM systems (preferably Odoo) for reporting and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth client delivery.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership exposure.
• Experience in digital marketing, software sales, or real estate is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and result-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree required | Own car preferred.
