WzGate is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to lead and mentor sales and account management teams within the Digital Marketing for Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
        Lead, coach, and motivate sales & account teams to achieve KPIs and targets.
        Develop sales plans, forecasts, and performance tracking.
        Manage key client accounts, retention, upselling, and renewals.
        Conduct technical interviews and support sales recruitment.
        Use CRM systems (preferably Odoo) for reporting and data-driven decisions.
        Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth client delivery.

Requirements
        5+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership exposure.
        Experience in digital marketing, software sales, or real estate is a plus.
        Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
        Highly organized and result-oriented.
        Bachelor’s degree required | Own car preferred.
