About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle — from strategy and ideation to launch and optimization. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, sales, and business development teams to ensure our product vision aligns with business goals and delivers a meaningful user experience. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives

  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points

  • Prioritize features based on customer needs, market demand, and business impact

Pre-sales & Business Development Support

  • Validate product-market fit for existing and new solutions in collaboration with business development

  • Partner with sales and BD teams to explore new product opportunities and market expansion strategies

  • Contribute to the preparation of RFPs and RFIs with tailored product inputs

  • Create product demos and prototypes that showcase features and value to prospective clients

  • Attend client meetings to articulate product benefits from both a technical and business perspective

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver quality products on schedule

  • Foster open communication between teams and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle

  • Ensure smooth handoffs and coordination across stakeholders at each development phase

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the full product lifecycle: concept, development, launch, iteration, and retirement

  • Translate features into user stories and maintain a well-organized product backlog

  • Lead user testing initiatives and gather feedback to continuously refine the product


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in a software, SaaS, or tech-driven environment

  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, user-centered design, and Agile development methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable product plans

  • Experience with product discovery, competitive analysis, and go-to-market collaboration

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or product certifications are a plus
