About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, oversee labor teams, and ensure smooth execution of construction works while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site operations and manage labor and craftsmen
• Ensure works are executed according to engineers’ instructions, drawings, and schedules
• Monitor workmanship quality for concrete and finishing works
• Coordinate activities between workers, subcontractors, and site engineers
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and procedures
• Track daily productivity and report progress to the engineering team
• Assist in resolving site issues and maintaining smooth workflow
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on construction sites
• Strong background in concrete and finishing works
• Proven ability to manage large labor teams
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site procedures
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely execution
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
