Rosalte is seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our social media efforts. The role involves developing and executing content strategies, managing paid campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media management, with strong expertise in content creation, advertising, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create, edit, and oversee engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Identify opportunities for growth and new platforms/channels that support brand exposure.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management, content strategy, and paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in running paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense; basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, Egypt.
