Role Overview
We are looking for a Fresh Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the full client journey โ€” from onboarding to after-sales support.

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, and Finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Collect feedback from clients and support continuous service improvements.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 0โ€“1 year of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or a similar field.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
