Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM workflows for structural projects, ensuring efficient and accurate 3D modeling and coordination.
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo (preferred or established skills) to create and manage structural models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes into project workflows.
- Review and optimize structural BIM models for constructability, clash detection, and compliance with design standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on BIM best practices.
Conduct quality control for BIM deliverables, ensuring consistency and compliance with project requirements.
- Stay updated on BIM advancements and recommend improvements for project efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project-related BIM guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in structural engineering with a strong focus on BIM workflows.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo (preferred or established).
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and coordination methodologies.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Working Conditions:
Work days: Sunday – Thursday
Work hours: from 8:00 to 5:00
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
