Archer Solutions is hiring Odoo Implementer !
We are looking for an experienced Senior - Mid level Odoo Implementer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing client needs, delivering high-quality Odoo implementations, and supporting successful digital transformation projects. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation.
Strong understanding of Odoo modules.
Experience in providing user support and training.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Odoo system analysis for assigned clients and prepare analysis documents for review by managers and customers.
Participate in planning assigned projects.
Prepare development tasks in documented form and ensure tasks are completed with high quality and on time.
Prepare client master data and historical data, and upload them accurately and timely.
Deliver Odoo systems to clients according to gathered requirements and agreed-upon plans.
Provide training for different teams to professionally use the delivered system.
Perform support tasks for delivered systems.
Assist the sales team in demos and proof of concept activities.
Continuously upgrade professional and technical skills.
Support and mentor junior implementers in their daily tasks.
Working Hours:
-9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday
-Weekend: Friday & Saturday
