Cardoo is now looking for a Business Development Specialist with the following responsibilities & requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
New Client acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new corporate clients through various channels; including cold calling, networking, referrals and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within corporate organizations, understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress, identify areas for improvement and present findings to the management team.
Utilize the CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines and ensure efficient follow up to drive conversions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
Proven experience in Business development or sales roles.
Strong track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients, achieving sales target and driving revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Ability in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
