We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team and ensure the smooth flow of operations within the Real Estate division. In this role, you will manage client data, prepare reports, handle inquiries, assist with sales processes, and act as a communication bridge between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient execution of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain and update customer and property databases with accurate and up-to-date records.
Prepare and process documentation related to property transactions, including contracts, offers, and agreements.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of sales data.
Handle general administrative tasks, including managing emails, filing documents, and scheduling meetings.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless processing of transactions.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized (private) university.
1–2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication abilities (verbal and written).
High sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Work Days: Sunday – Thursday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
