As we continue to expand our client base and project portfolio, we are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to support our growth through strategic partnerships and business expansion.


Job Purpose


The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, supporting marketing initiatives, and executing effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development & Sales
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Generate and qualify leads to grow the company’s client base
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management
  • Manage incoming online leads, prepare offers, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Marketing & Strategic Growth
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Support the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with design and management teams to achieve business goals
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
  • Support additional business-related tasks as needed


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic marketing
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong strategic planning and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong market awareness
