We are seeking an experienced Executive CEO Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO within a fast-paced software development environment. The role requires managing the CEO’s calendar, communications, meetings, travel, and confidential matters while supporting strategic initiatives and special projects.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, strong organizational and communication skills, high discretion, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
Act as a gatekeeper, handling priorities and confidential information with discretion.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports, presentations, and board materials.
Coordinate communication with internal teams, board members, partners, and external stakeholders.
Support the CEO with special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive-level events.
Track deadlines, action items, and key deliverables across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or CEO Assistant, preferably in tech.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Slack).
Excellent communication skills in English; high professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to travel internationally (KSA).
