🔴 Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can manage key client accounts and ensure the successful execution of digital and social media campaigns.
🔴 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and oversee digital marketing and social media strategies tailored to client goals.
Collaborate with internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver campaigns on brief and on time.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; deliver regular reports and insights to clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and client service best practices.
🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in a client service role in marketing or advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
🔴 Work Conditions:
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Days Off: Friday – Saturday
