We’re looking for a Sales & Business Growth Specialist who’s driven, strategic, and people-savvy to help us grow our footprint in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.


Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound and inbound lead generation
  • Connect with decision-makers (Founders, GMs, CHROs, etc.) and qualify their business needs
  • Pitch Talent 360’s services across HCM, Outsourcing, Strategy & Performance, and L&D
  • Prepare proposals, lead sales presentations, and close deals
  • Collaborate with the CGO on growth plans, market expansion, and commercial partnerships
  • Build long-term relationships and uncover upsell opportunities with existing clients


Qualifications

Have 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B consulting

 🔹 Speak the language of business owners and HR leaders fluently

 🔹 Are confident in handling outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and proposal follow-ups

 🔹 Understand how companies scale and the HR pain points they face

 🔹 Are fluent in English and Arabic

 🔹 Are excited about driving real impact in a growing company
