Job Requirements


- Generate new leads that might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
- Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory by communicating effectively and regularly with the customers and assess their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Set sales plans in coordination with direct manager to achieve the sales objectives.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Stay up to date on new market trends especially relating to product specifications, new products, and products developments
- Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in B2B
- Exposure to products such as life safety systems, current alarms, CCTV, solar, and medical technology
- Must own a car
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of English

Working Conditions

- Location: Masr Elgdida
- Working Days: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
