Talent 360 is hiring IT/OT System Administrator for one of its clients

Expected Job Role 
  • Administer and support local IT and OT infrastructure within the manufacturing facility.
  • Act as the key point of coordination between local operations and remote/global IT teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
  • Maintain and monitor Cisco-based networks, firewalls, and security systems; certification is a strong plus.
  • Handle system visualization, backups, and restoration tools to ensure business continuity.
  • Support and troubleshoot OT systems involved in automated manufacturing processes with no human interaction.
  • Maintain an IT/OT Security Matrix, assess security and human-related risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve integration between IT capabilities and manufacturing operations.
  • Provide customer service and technical support within the facility, ensuring clear communication and efficient response.
  • Monitor and manage incident ticketing systems, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Provide emergency support on-site when critical issues arise (no 24/7 shift required – only urgent matters).
  • Participate in periodic system audits and ensure compliance with company and global IT/OT standards.

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT/OT system administration role, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Solid experience with Cisco network products; Cisco certification is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, system security, backup and recovery tools, and network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with automated production environments and OT technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of IT and human security risks in a manufacturing context.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English – both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage tasks independently, and under pressure.
  • Proximity to the 10th of Ramadan City is required for fast emergency response.

Working conditions

 

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:00
  • Friday and Saturday off
