Job Description:
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for building strong relationships with them, understanding the client's business goals, objectives, and needs, and acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and solutions
Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on projects’ progress, and responding to client queries and concerns.
Responsible for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. They oversee all aspects of the client relationship, including project management, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of services
Coordinates and manages branding projects from initiation to completion, work closely with internal teams, such as design, research, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and according to the client's specifications
Taking the lead role for all assigned client-facing interactions, Oversee each phase to ensure all teams meets deadlines
Taking client communication briefs and, where required, supporting with drafting briefs
Delegate specific tasks to individual team members, supervise their day-to-day activities, and monitor the progress on each project
Overseeing the development and execution of successful branding for their clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or an equivalent field
Experience:
Previous work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in the Advertising industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at time while paying strict attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
A keen understanding of digital advertising metrics. You know what the difference is between an impression and reach, and how to translate these metrics to big-picture goals
