Job Role:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Set clear selection criteria and recruitment plans
• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks
• Screen resumes and manage candidates via our ATS
• Attend and organize job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast hiring needs and help shape workforce planning
• Write job descriptions and create interview guides
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Build long-term talent pipelines and candidate relationships
• Coordinate and manage interviews, assessments, and selection steps

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Conditions:

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday
• Days off: Friday and Saturday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Locations: New Cairo, Nasr City & 6th of October
