Job Role:
- Set the artistic direction and overall creative strategy for campaigns and projects.
- Lead and oversee client pitches, ensuring creative concepts align with client goals and business objectives.
- Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Present campaign ideas and creative strategies to clients and senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive project execution.
- Lead and review the work of the creative team across all media, including web, print, branding, and digital content.
- Facilitate brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Write and design compelling, original content to support and guide copywriters and designers.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, setting individual objectives and providing performance feedback.
- Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for creative staff.
- Create and present regular status reports on team performance, project progress, and creative direction.
- Take full ownership of the creative team's deliverables and ensure they align with client expectations and brand standards.
- Stay up to date with global and local industry trends and best practices to bring fresh insights and innovation.
- Attend client meetings related to visual identities and branding to align on vision and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field such as Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Monday.com is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and build strong client relationships
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across print, digital, and branding projects
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in both print and digital media
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and explore new trends and technologies
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, with a strong creative vision and a drive for excellence
- Preferably a resident of El Sheikh Zayed.
- Branding background is a must.
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday
