Company Industry: Architecture and Interior Design Studio
- Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings, plans, blueprints, and construction-ready documentation
- Ensure all technical documents adhere to design intent, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and applicability of technical specifications
- Research, select, and recommend materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design and budget requirements
- Develop detailed technical specifications, dimensions, methodologies, and installation guidelines
- Prepare BOQs and review contractors’ priced BOQs to ensure accuracy and alignment with design requirements
- Review invoices from a design and technical perspective, ensuring correctness of design-related items
- Implement quality control measures and conduct site inspections to ensure technical accuracy during execution
- Review and approve workshop drawings to ensure they match design specifications and project requirements
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, securing quotes and ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines
- Respond to RFIs and provide clear, timely technical clarifications to ensure smooth project progress
- Support project managers by ensuring technical aspects remain within allocated budgets
- Maintain organized technical documentation, including revisions and project updates
- Conduct regular site visits and troubleshoot technical issues with contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Designer with a strong portfolio of relevant work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, MS Office; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D tools is a plus
- Strong technical expertise, precision, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and industry regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with safety practices in design and construction environments
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Location: Zamalek – Cairo
