Innovitics is now hiring for a Software Account Manager to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes the overall responsibilities to manage the software Accounts and plays an important role in the successful completion of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute account strategies for growth.
- Oversee service delivery and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track client satisfaction and account performance.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess progress and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
- Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.
- Address and resolve client issues professionally.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in account management or sales, with a proven track record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Experience in mentoring and team leadership.
Working Conditions:
- Location: New Cairo
- Working Hours: 9-11 AM - 5-7 PM
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
