Talent 360 is hiring Digital Marketing Manager for one of its clients

Expected Job Role

Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy across all platforms
Manage and develop team members (Media Buyer, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Customer Service)
Oversee performance campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, and content strategy
Monitor KPIs and drive data-backed optimization
Coordinate with leadership to align marketing with business goals
Maintain brand positioning and growth across digital touchpoints

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years in digital marketing, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, CRMs, campaign tracking, and automation
Excellent leadership and delegation skills
Strong creative and analytical balance
Familiarity with tech/digital products marketing
Ability to work under pressure and drive results
