We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities, issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills to enhance the efficiency of the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Issue and process purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases, and order statuses.
- Support negotiations to secure the best terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and warehouse, to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Previous experience in retail procurement within FMCG, stationery, or retail industries is required.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Work Conditions:

- Working days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Greek Campus
