Proteam is looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist to support our growth and expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and skilled in building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and supporting deal closures in fast-paced consumer-driven industries.
Identify and approach potential clients and business partners
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Prepare business proposals and pitch company services to prospects
Support negotiations and deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Track the business pipeline and prepare performance reports
2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
Previous exposure to the FMCG or automotive sectors is preferred
Proven experience in preparing proposals and client presentations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet growth targets
Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
