Job Description:
Provide general administrative and management support
Communicate with clients and departments as needed
Organize meetings, appointments, and events, including note-taking, and deliver minutes of the meeting to all parties involved
Maintain records, filing systems, and handle confidential documents securely
Prepare reports, track submissions, and assist with internal projects
Answer calls, relay messages, and manage office supplies and equipment
Create spreadsheets and implement routine administrative procedures
Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
Interface with outsource suppliers and clients
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Have high English Profile
Good Looking
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
