Alliance for trading and investment is a commodity trading company that serves various industries; currently, food commodities, chemical raw materials mainly used in the detergency industry, and building materials and solid fuels is hiring a Logistics Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and oversee daily export logistics.
- Track international shipments and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Communicate and follow up with agents, suppliers, shipping lines, and clearance offices.
- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and B/Ls.
- Negotiate freight rates, book shipments, and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and logistics operations.
- Provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist in report preparation.
- Support the logistics team with tracking, problem resolution, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in international logistics coordination, preferably in an export environment.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and incoterms is a plus.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Work Conditions:
Job Type: Full-Time.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - On Site
Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays are Off.
Work Location: Giza.
