Operations & Traffic Manager

BAM Advertising is looking for a dynamic Operations & Traffic Manager to keep our projects running smoothly, deadlines on track, and teams firing on all cylinders. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for efficiency and creative collaboration, we want to meet you!

Requirements:
-from 5-7 years’ experience in operations or traffic management, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
-Proven team leadership and project coordination skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

Team Management
- Lead and support staff like Account Managers, Traffic Coordinators, and others in the operations team.
- Provide regular feedback, training, and mentoring to help them grow.

Client Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and make sure they’re happy with our work.
- Keep in regular contact with clients to understand their needs and solve any issues.
- Follow up with clients on billing and overdue payments when needed.

Project Management
- Oversee all projects from start to finish — making sure they stay on time and within budget.
- Plan resources (people, tools, tech) and manage timelines and costs.
- Ensure all work meets high standards by using quality checks like proofreading and reviews.
- Make sure all briefs are clear and meet the client's needs.

Operations & Processes
- Support the Digital & Social Media team’s daily operations.
- Set deadlines, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflows.
- Work closely with internal teams (Accounts, Creative, Art, etc.) to manage daily tasks.
- Build efficient systems to reduce errors and improve productivity.
- Report daily updates to upper management and raise concerns when needed.

Strategy & Planning
- Help shape the company’s strategy and improve internal processes.
- Create proposals and policies that support company goals.
- Set clear goals for the team and make sure they align with BAM’s mission.
- Create and manage manpower plans.

Finance & Contracts
- Support budgeting and spending to help BAM save costs and work smarter.
- Help with creating quotes, reviewing contracts, and working with the lawyer.
- Manage contracts and partnerships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is stored and organized properly.

Location: El Zamalek, Cairo
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
