OAK Architects Company currently is hiring a "Design Team Lead " :

Requirements :

From 6-7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Architect Engineering or product design
Excellent Technical skills in graphic design specifically 3D including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Proficient with software such as 3D Max, AutoCAD & Photoshop, Illustrator
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a design team, fostering a collaborative and
productive work environment.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present design concepts and prototypes to clients and senior management effectively

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and creativity.
Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure a productive and efficient team.
Create processes and procedures to enhance and support design practices
Oversee the entire design project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery,
ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain a close follow-up on project schedules, providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual updates to ensure projects stay on track.
Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.
