one of our client in the Risk Management Consultants industry located in 6th of October is looking to hire a Personal Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience : 

Responsibilities :
  • Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other
    materials as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Anticipate the executives needs and proactively offer solutions.

Requirements :
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience as the same role. 
  • Proficiency level in English and Arabic

Work Conditions :
  • Working days : 5 days per week.
  • Working Hours: 10:00 or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6 PM.
  • Flexible Environment
  • 1 Month Annual Bonus (Based on the goals achieved) and Salary.
