one of our client in the Risk Management Consultants industry located in 6th of October is looking to hire a Personal Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience :
Responsibilities :
- Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other
materials as needed. - Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records.
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Anticipate the executives needs and proactively offer solutions.
Requirements :
- minimum 1-2 years of experience as the same role.
- Proficiency level in English and Arabic
Work Conditions :
- Working days : 5 days per week.
- Working Hours: 10:00 or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6 PM.
