Your Responsibilities:
* Supervise designing, and developing training and coaching contents, E-Learning content and
materials using various methods and techniques.
* Adjust training material which include presentation, handouts and facilitator guide based on
delivery (online or offline).
* Collaborate with projects team to assess content design.
* Guide, and coach the employment team.
* Deliver training and coaching sessions both online & offline for different iCareer training
programs.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training and coaching programs through assessments, surveys and
feedback.
* Approach trainers, speakers and subject matter experts’ network in different fields and increase
their engagement with iCareer team.
* Participate in the selection of external trainers.
* Attend random training sessions to evaluate and assess external trainers and provide feedback to
ensure the quality of content delivery.
* Supervise and evaluate content developed by external trainers and ensure it meets iCareer’ s
standards.
* Contribute to designing the events content agenda and approaching speakers.
* Contribute to assessing iCareer’ s team to identify skill gaps and suggest methods to improve
these gaps.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
- Certified Trainer (TOT) from a reputable organization.
- Certified Coach from ICF Or NCDA
- Minimum 5–7 years in L&D with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven experience in:
- Designing and delivering blended learning programs (online & offline).
- Managing or coaching training teams.
- Working with youth employment or career development programs.
- Managing external vendors or freelance trainers
