Proteam is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-focused E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with online marketplaces, understands the digital customer journey, and is passionate about driving online sales growth.
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
Coordinate with marketing teams on online campaigns and promotions
Handle online customer inquiries and ensure smooth order flow
Optimize product visibility, content, and conversion rates
Track competitor activities and market trends within digital marketplaces
2+ years of experience in e-commerce or online sales operations
Previous exposure to FMCG, delivery platforms (Tawkelat), or automotive e-commerce is a plus
Experience managing product catalogs, pricing, and online promotions
Familiarity with online marketplaces and CMS tools
Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics
Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
E-commerce platform and marketplace management
Product content and listing optimization
Basic digital marketing knowledge
Sales performance tracking and reporting
Online customer handling and issue resolution
Time management and strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
