Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients a Purchasing Specialist to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, materials, and equipment.
- Request quotations, analyze prices, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Support in negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Follow up on deliveries and update purchasing trackers.
- Maintain supplier databases and proper purchasing records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
