Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients "Junior Marketing Assistant/Specialist" to support their marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, conducting market research, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
● Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
● Manage and update social media channels, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
● Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and projects.
● Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
● Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
● Previous experience in marketing or related field is preferred
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
● Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

● Job Type: Full-Time.
● Working Days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
● Friday and Saturday are Off.
