Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, with a focus on Landscape.
Strong understanding of architectural and landscape engineering principles.
Experience in supervising contractors and ensuring quality implementation of electrical works.
Inspect Contractor(s) completed works are in line with contract requirements.
Supervised the of implementation electrical works at the site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes, and methods of installment.
Supervise the contractors’ electrical scope & follow up on work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and schedule.
Prepare technical site visit reports and also required progress update reports
Coordination with Constructive team members for all ongoing site activities.
Communicate and update the technical team and management with the necessary
information.
Excellent ability to inspect and evaluate contractor work against contract requirements.
