We are expanding our finance team and are looking for a skilled General Accountant to help manage financial operations and ensure our accounting practices align with industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist with audits.
- Reconcile inventory and monitor cash flow.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Shopify, Odoo).
- Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
