Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance, with a welcoming and polished behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Email & Communication Management – Drafting, responding to, and organizing professional correspondence.
- Front Desk & Guest Relations – Welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional office environment.
- Administrative Support – Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with office coordination.
- Travel & Reservations – Booking flights, hotels, and meeting room arrangements.
- Data Entry & Documentation – Maintaining accurate records, filing, and organizing company documents.
- Office Operations – Managing office supplies, handling couriers, and supporting HR/management tasks.
