ProBuilder is seeking a Procurement Officer to handle and coordinate all purchasing and supplier management activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials and services, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue purchase requests and inquiries to approved suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and prepare purchase orders in coordination with project and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier data, quotations, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on material delivery schedules to ensure on-time supply.
• Support vendor evaluation, qualification, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and local procurement regulations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, site, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory management.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and assist in cost control efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP or procurement software (experience with AutoCAD is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Age Range: 27–32 years.
