Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee interior finishing and fit-out projects on-site, with a focus on quality and schedule.

- Apply strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and detailing throughout the project.

- Provide excellent leadership and coordination to site teams and subcontractors.

- Ensure clear and effective communication among all project stakeholders.

- Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and working with technical drawings.

- Use MS Office for necessary documentation, reporting, and project tracking.

Requirements:

      - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
      - Minimum 8 years of experience in interior finishing or fit-out projects (luxury residential preferred).
      - Strong technical knowledge of materials, methods, and detailing.
      -Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
      -Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
